Let
the PDK Games Begin
Now that Sprint has released Palmฎ webOS 1.4.5 (and more
carriers are coming soon), users can experience the rich, immersive apps
made with the webOS Plug-in Development Kit (PDK) a feature of the webOS
1.4.5 SDK. The PDK lets developers build 3D games and dynamic apps using
C/C++ and OpenGL. It also makes porting titles from other platforms quick
and easy. Learn

Short
Port to webOS
Yet another developer proves that 3D games can be ported to
webOS in less than 24 hours. Check out Phil
Hassey's blog for a
firsthand account of what it took to bring his space-themed strategy game,
Galcon, to webOS. Hassey's blog chronicles each step, from opening his
Palm Pre box to submitting the app for review. Check
out his finished product. Questions about porting your app? Contact a
